My work experience has predominantly been in executive search, recruitment, and career coaching. I began my career with three top Executive Search Firms (Korn/Ferry, Spencer Stuart and Heiderick & Struggles. This led to an in-house recruiting role as Manager of Strategic Staffing for Nestle Food Company. I also worked as an independent search consultant with clients that included: Capital Group Companies, Nike, and Walt Disney. Most recently, I served as career coach for Lee Hecht Harrison, a leading outplacement firm.
